Mr. Ali Muhammad Mahenti is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan with over 17 years of experience in senior finance and strategic roles.

He joined Pak-Arab Pipeline Company Limited (PAPCO) in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining PAPCO, he held key finance leadership positions at Wafi Energy Pakistan (Shell Licensee) and within the Engro Group across its energy and fertilizer businesses.

Ali’s leadership focuses on building high-performing teams, fostering talent development, and driving continuous process improvement. Throughout his career, he has worked to demystify finance, helping business teams make informed decisions and unlock value through collaboration.

He began his career with PwC Pakistan. His expertise spans financial management, strategic planning, treasury, taxation, and corporate governance.
